About Us

EPS LT is a leading payment technology company in the Baltics. We develop software and hardware for payment terminals, SoftPOS, corporate/gift cards, and health insurance services. With a team of 60 professionals, we are currently building a new Product Management function from the ground up—and we need a visionary leader to steer it.

About the Role

You will own the entire product portfolio—from bank card services to health insurance solutions. Leading a team of 4–5 Product Managers and a Business Analyst, you will implement Agile methodologies and bridge the gap between product vision, IT development, and sales. This is an independent position with direct influence on the Company’s strategic direction.

What You Will Do

• Create product management processes, methodologies, and KPI systems from scratch.
• Lead and mentor the product team, setting clear, measurable goals.
• Form and maintain the roadmap for each product in alignment with Company strategy.
• Prepare a decision-making framework within the first 3 months to empower the team.
• Ensure cost efficiency in development by working closely with IT leadership.
• Introduce modern tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance team efficiency.
• Actively participate in the management team to contribute to strategy formation.

What We Expect

• 5+ years of experience as Head of Product or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience implementing Agile (Scrum, Kanban) processes.
• Success in leading teams of Product Managers or Business Analysts.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, CISO, Help Desk).
• Fluent Lithuanian and professional English (written & spoken).
• Advantage: Experience in Fintech, Payments, or IT Services.
