Operations Lead
You’ll be instrumental in aligning operational capabilities with product and commercial strategy—owning the systems, structures, and teams that power company growth across 10+ countries.
Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Operations Lead to scale and streamline operations across our international fintech business. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll oversee day-to-day execution, lead cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support, etc.), and drive efficiency through CRM implementation and business process automation.

Requirements
- Experience (e.g., 3+ years) in business operations or operations management at a leadership level, with a proven track record of improving operational processes.
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise systems, particularly CRM platforms, and driving business process automation initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating high-level goals into actionable operational plans.
- Familiarity with financial management, sales operations, and product development processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial technology or payment solutions industry (EPS LT’s domain) is highly advantageous.
- Certification or formal training in operational excellence or process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP or similar).
- Exposure to scaling operations in a tech or software-driven company, with an understanding of agile and product-oriented environments.
