We are looking for a heart of the office who has experience in managing information flows and wants to maintain order in a always “lively” and energetic office. In this position, you will administer operating contracts, provide the office with the necessary facilities, receive guests and provide assistance to colleagues. - Excellent organizational skills;
- Work experience in preparing and administering documents;
- Good working skills with MS Office;
