We are looking for a heart of the office who has experience in managing information flows and wants to maintain order in a always “lively” and energetic office. In this position, you will administer operating contracts, provide the office with the necessary facilities, receive guests and provide assistance to colleagues. If you like everything to be in place, have experience in document preparation and administration, and solve problems with a smile – join our energetic team.
Professional requirements
- Positivity, helpfulness and a ownership mindset
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Work experience in preparing and administering documents;
- Good working skills with MS Office;
- Independence and pro-activity in solving problems;
- English language skills.
We will consider as advantage:
