Head of Product
This role is responsible for defining the overall product strategy and objectives, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring that all product initiatives drive business goals and profitability.
Role Overview
The Head of Product leads the product management function at EPS LT, orchestrating product development and harmonizing the company’s vision with customer needs and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Help define and communicate a clear business and product strategy for the company’s product portfolio, aligning it with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of ~5 Product Owners, providing direction and support. Ensure each product line has clear goals and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.
- OKR Setting and Tracking: Establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for product teams; monitor and report on progress to ensure accountability and that product initiatives achieve intended outcomes.
- Product Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps for all products, prioritizing features and enhancements that maximize customer value, market competitiveness, and business impact.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and IT/Engineering teams to align product development with customer needs and technical feasibility, ensuring smooth execution of product plans and launches.
- Drive Product Profitability: Analyze product performance, market feedback, and financial metrics to make data-driven decisions. Adjust product features, pricing, or positioning to improve product profitability and user satisfaction in line with business goals.
- Execution of Product Plans: Translate high-level product ideas and business requirements into actionable plans. Oversee the creation of epics, features, and high-priority requirements, delegating to individual Product Owners or taking direct ownership of critical initiatives as needed.


Requirements
- Significant experience (e.g., 5+ years) in product management, including several years in a senior or lead product role managing multiple products or product teams.
- Strong technical acumen with an understanding of general IT architecture and software development practices, enabling effective communication with technical teams and assessment of technical trade-offs.
- Proven experience with agile product management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira) for backlog management and iterative product development.
- Demonstrated ability to set product strategy and roadmaps, and to align product initiatives with business goals and market needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Fluent in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise systems, particularly CRM platforms, and driving business process automation initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating high-level goals into actionable operational plans.
- Familiarity with financial management, sales operations, and product development processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or PMP/PMI-ACP or similar.
- Experience in the fintech or payment solutions industry (familiarity with EPS LT’s sector) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer feedback integration into product planning (experience with CRM data or integrations is beneficial).
- Experience working closely with sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for new product features or releases.

Salary range: €4,000–€5,500 gross per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
