Professional requirements

Your main tasks:

  • Respond to client inquiries by phone, email
  • Consult clients in solving emerging problems
  • Monitor the company’s information systems, register incidents and solve them
  • Pass on requests and incidents to second-level specialists
  • Prepare card readers for use according to established procedures.

Your professional competencies and personal qualities:

    • You have completed IT studies or are a final year student
    • You have basic IT knowledge
    • You have the ability to work shift work and remain attentive at any time of the day
    • You communicate in Lithuanian, English languages
    • You can identify technical and software failures (advantage)
    • You have excellent communication skills
    • You can work independently
    • You are oriented towards quick and effective problem solving
    • You look responsibly at the tasks entrusted to you
    • You want and strive to learn and improve.
